ROUNDTABLES BRING TOGETHER PROFESSIONALS FROM LEADING ENTERPRISES IN THE INVESTMENT INDUSTRY.

Members share perspectives, discuss industry trends, and create a community to help guide their firms toward continued success.

Peer-to-Peer

Professional Development

Members discuss personal professional experiences and knowledge in a private setting, and gain access to the collective experience and wisdom of other executives.

The extraordinary pace of change in our investment industry is amplified for our gatekeepers.

With the Roundtables, top executives find peers who understand what they do, and have honest discussions about what's at stake.

Through small groups, members share insights and challenge assumptions in a manner designed to generate fresh thinking and breakthrough ideas

LIKE-MINDED PROFESSIONALS

As a chief compliance, ethics, legal, or risk officer, your most pressing challenges often cannot be shared with members of your team or senior management due to conflicting interests, competing priorities, or simply the innate subtleties of your work.

For the Roundtables, success is rooted in the trust and commitment of our members. Members actively engage in open discussions of challenges and opportunities in order to gain wisdom from an experienced group of like-minded professionals.

HOW DO ROUNDTABLES WORK?

Membership in the Roundtables is by invitation. Potential members are invited to experience a meeting where members join similarly-situated executives for small table exchange of ideas and explore potential avenues for effective problem solving given similar situations.

Each member brings a current professional challenge to discuss and gather the best thinking of the table. The ability to discuss real and immediate issues with professionals who understand and want to help is a key value of the Roundtables. is a key value of the Roundtables.

What is the Chatham House Rule?

The Chatham House Rule allows Roundtable members to express and discuss controversial opinions with a clear separation of their opinions from the views of their employers without personal risk.

By invoking the Chatham House Rule, Roundtable members foster a safe, confidential environment to tackle difficult and complex topics, expand their perspectives, and develop creative solutions to workplace challenges.

When a meeting is held under the Chatham House Rule, participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.

Our Principles

1. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Chatham House Rule allows our members to discuss controversial opinions and arguments with a clear separation of their opinions from the views of their employers without personal risk.

2. STRATEGY AND LEADERSHIP

Topics focus on critical challenges and opportunities, and issues related to the creation, effectiveness, and administration of the critical functions our members lead. Discussions target advanced, multi-disciplinary business topics designed to generate breakthrough ideas and insightful guidance.

3. NO SELLING

Our members do not solicit the business or employment of other members.

4. NO OBLIGATION TO FOLLOW ADVICE

While there is extraordinary value in understanding the practices of other professionals, our members are responsible for their own decision-making when considering whether to follow the suggestions of fellow members.

5. DEEP RELATIONSHIPS AND WILLINGNESS TO HELP

Our members convene with the desire to help one another clarify and achieve their professional objectives and the expectation that each member is committed to upholding these principles in order to maintain a trusted circle of powerful professional relationships.

Roundtable Members Speak Out

No matter how successful you think you are, you can always raise your game and the Roundtable is the perfect playing field to do so - these professionals are at the top of thier games, and they're sharing their best thinking with me.

Member, CCO, NYC

At the meetings, your thought process is challenged in a completly different way than it is when you're on the job. The discussion shifts your thinking from "How do I do this?" to "Is this the best way?"

Advisory Board Member, CCO, Boston

You know you're in the right place with the right people when you catch yourself thinking, "I wish I'd thought of that". The best feeling is knowing that I can put those fresh perspectives and new ideas to work.

Founding Member, CCO, Boston

Have you ever played tennis with someone who is a lot better than you are? It can be humbling, but it improves your game. This group of professionals wants to improve their game and I'm glad to be counted among them. It's more than worth my time to show up - I just want to be as much of a contributor as I am a learner.
